`“I began my career as a traditional 2D animator in 2001, working on various short animations and TV series in roles such as animator, character designer, storyboard artist, and director. Now, I am more eager to write scripts and direct projects.
I have been 2D animator in more than twenty projects including short ones and tv series from 2001 since then. For many years, I created animations on paper, then transitioned to frame-by-frame animation using Toon Boom Harmony software. After receiving my MA in Animation in 2013, I began directing short animations

In 2005 I held my first solo exhibition, featuring a collection of cartoons covering various subjects. These works represented my initial endeavors in the realm of cartoon art and were well-received by audiences across a wide range of age groups. This milestone marked the beginning of my journey in showcasing my creative expressions through the medium of cartoons.
In 2019, a two-week solo exhibition in Oslo, Norway, curated by Firuz Kutel, featured 40 of my cartoons created from 2013 to 2019.
I began my professional illustration career in 2017, focusing initially on children’s books. Over time, my work expanded beyond books to include editorial illustrations and participation in various cultural and artistic events. This diverse range of activities has allowed me to develop my skills and explore different avenues within the field, and I continue to actively pursue these opportunities.
I have been illustrating books since 2017, showcasing my adaptable cartoonish style across various genres. My repertoire includes children’s books, political books, humor books, adult storybooks, and comic books.
My work in this field encompasses a diverse range of projects, including individual illustrations and series commissioned by both local and international magazines, personal websites, and various companies. These works cover a wide array of subjects, demonstrating my ability to adapt and create engaging visuals for a multitude of purposes and audiences.
“This is my biggest project as a director. Together with my ex-wife, Hossein Nazarpour, I directed 50 episodes of this series, which consists of 56 music videos for kids. As before, I was given the music and created a fun, unique world for each video. The collection won the award for Best Music Video Collection at the National Iran TV Productions in 2018.”
